Whether you are planning a small kitchen extension or a new home we can guide you through the whole design and planning process working alongside one of our panel of Architects. We will be on-board from the outset to co-ordinate and plan your project through all stages to completion and handing you the keys.
Construction and
Building Services
Our main business is to build new homes, extensions and complete refurbishments for domestic customers but we also construct and modify Industrial and Commercial buildings. All projects are completed to the highest of standards and quotations are fully inclusive and compliant. Warranties and guarantees are provided with up to 12 years for new homes.
Interior
Finishes
All interior finishes can be included such as designer kitchens and bathrooms, bespoke fitted furniture and staircases can all be provided through our network of chosen manufacturers and suppliers.
ABOUT
Pierrepont Construction is a multi disciplinary construction and building services company providing a comprehensive range of services to undertake building projects from inception to completion as a single point of contact. We can take on full design & build projects or simply just the construction of a small extension.

Each build is fully project managed to ensure quality, timetable and costs are maintained throughout. We hold regular meetings with our clients and their representatives to update on progress and to agree any upcoming procurement or design decisions.

We also carry out our own developments such as new build homes and build to let apartments under our parent company Pierrepont Developments Limited. Both companies are owned and operated by Director Stewart Patterson who has 30 years in the business.
